This user journey is the result of interviews with dating App users. The results are condensed here for the sake of readability. Steps of the user journey we studied include managing user profiles, checking for matches, scheduling dates, answering chats, and other interactions. Most interviewees reported dating Apps daily usage as very resource intensive activity.
